🤝 Khamsin Designs Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Khamsin Designs Sports Apparel! As every product is custom-made just for you through our Printify partners, our return process is different from traditional retail. Please review this policy before placing your order.

🧵 Our Made-to-Order Promise

All items are produced on demand. Once your order enters production, it cannot be modified or canceled.

✅ We've Got You Covered (Eligible for Replacement/Refund)

We will gladly process a replacement or full refund, at no extra cost, if you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged or Defective

  • Incorrectly Printed (design error, wrong graphic)

  • Wrong Item Sent (incorrect size, color, or product style)

  • Lost in Transit

To request a resolution: Please contact us at support@khamsindesigns.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. Photos clearly showing the product issue and the package.

  3. A brief description of the problem.

Once verified by Printify, we will promptly ship a replacement or issue a refund.

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Because your apparel is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Buyer’s Remorse (changed your mind)

  • Incorrect Size Selection (Please use our size guides! We recommend sizing up if you are unsure.)

  • Preference Issues (disliking the color or design after viewing it on the product)

  • Normal Wear and Tear

🔄 Exchanges and Returns

  • Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is eligible, we will send a replacement order for the same item.

  • Returns: For the rare cases where a return is approved, we will provide specific shipping instructions. Do not send items back to Printify—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

⏱️ Processing

Once approved, replacements are reprocessed within 3–5 business days. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
